Oolong Tea is a traditional Chinese tea made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, the same plant used for making green tea and black tea. The basic difference is however is the way they are processed.

Oolong tea actually has the benefits of both the dark and green teas, yet it accounts of only 2% of the total world tea consumption.
